When the emergency response matters, when anticipating and being aware of any hazardous environments in the workplace your emergency rescue team (ERT) is the most vital unit to any organisation. If the ERT members are not familiar with their duties and responsibilities, it puts employees at risk. When first-aiders and ERTmembers are well-trained they increase the chances of survival and recovery of any casualties in the workplace.
